Gelato Italiano is the answer to your balance needs. You can quickly and easily edit values in real time simply by using the arrow keys on the keyboard.
In addition, Gelato Italiano 3.2 calculates the nutrients of mixtures and recipes and produces semi-finished products to be reused in other recipes or mixtures. All this in six languages. It can be used in Italian, English, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese. Support for additional languages is available on request.

Simple with online help and input of ingredients. It is indispensable for master ice cream makers, but also for those who simply want to try to create artisan ice cream blends in the best way.

Available for Windows and macOS, Gelato Italiano also has an interface optimized for use on iPad. To run it on iPad you need FileMaker Go (free from the AppStore)

The Solution For a Perfect Blend

Italian ice cream constantly checks and recalculates the weights and percentages of each ingredient by clearly indicating the absence or excess of each component of the ice cream according to the parameters set by the user.

Creating a perfectly balanced blend does not take more than a couple of minutes. Once you’ve done the balancing, you just have to set the amount of finished mixture you want to prepare and eventually put in the preparation instructions.

Take Italian Gelato with you on iPad: install FileMaker Go, free from the App Store.
With iTunes you can transfer .fmp12 files directly to your iPad and use them locally or access Wi-Fi in archives hosted on a computer with FileMaker Pro 16 or higher license.

Gelato Italiano 3.2 archives can also be used with FileMaker Pro / FileMaker Server 16 or later to be shared on a local or geographic network.

The interface optimized for iPad makes Gelato Italiano easy and comfortable to use on this device, ideal for keeping in the laboratory both for taking back recipes already stored and for creating new ones.
